We’re the Cotters. Happily married for over 20 years. We have three children (2 kings and a queen) and we live in Mount Pleasant Michigan.
Born and raised in Central Michigan, I have great knowledge of the area, and have decades of experience dealing with the effects the Michigan climate has on homes. I treat every inspection with the same detail and attention as I would if my own family were moving in. Having moved around town and in the county a few times, I know how surprises aren’t something you want from your home.
Safety is my top priority for you and your family. I’ll give you an honest assessment of the home and property, while at the same time let you know how I personally would proceed with any issues or maintenance needs. After safety, I take the investment you’re thinking about very seriously. No one wants to sign a mortgage for a home full of problems. I’m here to help make sure that doesn’t happen.
